SHELBY POSTPARTUM DOULA

I want you to feel rested, supported, and confident as you find your rhythm with your new baby. I’m not here to take over or tell you how things should be done. I’m here to care for you while you care for your growing family, with newborn support, nourishing meals, light household help, and space to rest, ask questions, and simply be. Together, we’ll navigate the tender, exhausting, beautiful parts of postpartum with practical help, evidence-based guidance, and a familiar person in your corner.

DAYTIME POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

Daytime visits are designed to help you recover while keeping life feeling just a little more manageable. Whether you need a crash course in newborn care, want to take a shower, catch up on sleep, process your birth story, prep a meal together, or simply have someone hold the baby while you enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, I'm here to help you determine your postpartum needs and support whatever feels most helpful that day.

OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

Rest is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself after birth.

During overnight visits, I'll care for your baby while you get the uninterrupted sleep your body needs to heal. Whether you're bottle feeding, pumping, or breastfeeding, I'll support your feeding goals while helping make the nights feel calmer and more manageable.

You don't have to stay awake simply because your baby is.

YOUR JOURNEY is YOURS, and YOU DON’T HAVE to NAVIGATE it ALONE…

Wherever you are in your childbearing year, I'm here to meet you there with honest, individualized support and a relationship you can trust.
