We all have a story…

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting children and families in many different roles as a specialized caregiver. Becoming a mom in 2023 changed the way I viewed birth, postpartum, and the kind of support every family deserves. It deepened my belief that no one should have to navigate this season alone, and it inspired me to build the kind of care I wish every parent had, honest, empathetic, and rooted in genuine connection.

Today, I walk alongside families creating space for them to feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Thrifting for vintage treasures, wandering a local farmers market, or stretching out on a picnic blanket in the sunshine with my family.

Schitt's Creek.. anything True Crime.. And I have been known to occasionally watch Bluey after bedtime. What can I say? I am dynamic.

favorite place to call home

I'm a Tennessee native, but the Foothills of North Carolina completely stole my heart. Somewhere along the way, this community became home in every sense of the word.
